Pegasus advertising - Held over in Jeremy's absence 7. SCANZ excess funds management - Discussion ongoing - David looking to put together a proposal for additional storage at CF site 8. Posting of agendas / minutes online - resolution of our backlog - David has his backlog to resolve. - Scott is supplying typo-corrected versions of his backlog to David 9. Replacement of treasurer - update from Trent - Will is taking over from Trent. - End of financial year activities have slowed down the transfer. - Trent: Do we need to rearrange signatories? General Business - GST registration - We have a letter of from IRD granting an exemption for us to treat our groups separately for GST purposes. This dates from 2004. Trent to contact IRD and confirm that this exemption still holds - Re: handling of CF - We are not comfortable with doing any sort of part dodges where SCANZ covers site hire. - We are comfortable with e.g., spinning up a separate group to handle CF, but this would need to have an expected lifespan long enough to justify the effort - Such a group could be either a SCANZ subcommittee, or an actual spun up shire.
