Range set-up is from the Society Target Archery Marshal's Handbook (October 2016): VII.A.1, 3, 4 and 5
VII.A.2, 6, 7 have been incorporated into Range Protocols as it's not about the space
VII.A.8 is part of the Basic Rules

Range Procedures has been renamed from Range Commands, as it's actually a series of steps that create a procedure. The actual commands that a Target Archery Marshal uses are up to them.

The previous rule set meant that in a group with only one Target Archery Marshal, the Marshal couldn't actually shoot, which doesn't do good things for their willingness to keep helping!
