add tolerances for arrow shafts - eg 5/16ths is 7.9375mm not 8mm exactly - most of our arrows will have some varation, so we shoud acknowledge that. Move to weight based? We have a max length.

given the splinteryness of tassie oaks, do we need to be limiting wood type at all? (Other than CITES listed species)

Tape - 13mm is specified. Have used many other tape widths to attach blunts.

• Moved 10.1.9-10, 10.3.9-13, 10.4.2-3 to a new sub section in the Use of Weapons and Shields as they were about use, not construction.
• 10.1.1 - updated to refer to you as the audience
• 10.1.7 - removed requirement from Kingdom to be written on projectiles - we are unlikely to take our projectiles to other kingdoms.
• 10.3.1 - added the Kingdom Armoured Combat Marshal and the Kingdom Archery Marshal.
