The email address for the Earl Marshal is marshal@lochac.sca.org

Webmail can be accessed via https://mail.lochac.sca.org/. The password is updated for each new Earl Marshal, rather than being handed down.

You can set it up so that you can interact with it via your normal web client - eg Mail on iOS, or Gmail etc. Masonry can help get you set up. Make sure that traffic sent via your own mail client end up in the sent items in the web client DO NOT set up mail forwarding to your own account, nor allow your deputies to do the same. All the traffic relating to SCA offices is subject to Privacy Act requirements, so needs to be stored where it can be retrieved.
