2.8.4 1 - Removes 'the inner thigh' from the definition of the parts of the body that must be covered by penetration-resistant material following approval of Board of SCALA and Committee of SCANZ.

2.8.4.1 - In May 2021, coverage requirements for the inner thigh were removed as a Society rule change, but that change has not been approved by the Board of SCALA and Committee of SCANZ, so the original requirement including the inner thigh and definition has been reinstated.
