  1. Lochac Youth Armoured Combat is administered by the Lochac Deputy Earl Marshal for Youth Armoured Combat.
  2. Lochac Deputy Earl Marshal for Youth Armoured Combat must ensure that appropriately trained youth marshals are in charge of any youth armoured combat activity.
  3. Youth Armoured Combat Marshals will be warranted for Youth Armoured Combat.
  4. There are three levels of Youth Armoured Combat Marshals:
