Range Protocols has been renamed from Range Procedures as it's not a series of steps that makes a procedure
 
Range Procedures has been renamed from Range Commands, as it's actually a series of steps that create a procedure. The actual commands that a Target Archery Marshal uses are up to them.
 
The previous rule set meant that in a group with only one Target Archery Marshal, the Marshal couldn't actually shoot, which doesn't do good things for their willingness to keep helping!  Allowing experienced archers to supervise the line while the Marshal shoots matches authorised heavy and rapier combatants being able to act as Auxiliary Marshals.
